One of the big issues facing management today is how to motive its taskforce. With the growing rise of millennials in the workplace, it has become increasingly difficult to motive both younger and older workers at the same time, and in the same way.
But new research by LinkedIn has found that one of the best, and deceptively easiest, ways to motive staff is through simple, regular recognition of their efforts. In fact, a third of the workforce would likely put of a job hunt if they felt their contributions were valued by the company.
